Today, we had the privilege of being part of the “Reframing the North East” Photo Exhibition, beautifully organized by the Fati Abubakar Arts Foundation at Pinnacle, Maiduguri, Borno State.
Our team, alongside participants from the August Art Therapy Session, proudly showcased their creative works—each piece telling a story of hope, healing, and resilience.
The exhibition brought together inspiring voices and powerful visuals that reimagine the narrative of the North East. It featured:
🎨 Thematic discussions on the exhibition’s focus
🖼️ Guided walkthroughs of artworks and photographs
🗣️ Artists’ statements and interactive Q&A sessions
🎥 A moving documentary screening
💬 Inspiring speeches from mentees and creatives

It was truly a moment of joy and pride to witness how art becomes a tool for healing, storytelling, and transformation.
At FRAD Foundation, we remain deeply committed to creating safe and creative spaces where voices are heard, talents are celebrated, and communities find strength through art.
Together, we continue to prove that creativity heals, empowers, and connects us all. 💛
With gratitude to our incredible partners and supporters:
